Hi!

My name’s Chris Stritzel and I’m the owner of the KC Pulse blog and, the older sister, CityScene STL.

My passion for real estate development has taken me onto countless construction sites, made amazing connections with business people of all backgrounds, and has introduced me to many of my close friends.

Once upon a time, I worked in real estate development for 4 years focusing on a variety of projects across St. Louis and Kansas City (some of which were announced and executed while others fizzled out due to economic conditions). Since working in real estate development, I’ve advised two developers on projects in Kansas City and have stepped in and out of the industry a few times since.

While there’s a level of nerdiness to starting a blog to showcase projects of various types and in various locations across Kansas City, I feel that it’s important. People like being kept up to date, so why not have fun while informing people?
